WAY was fully responsible for the design, organization, production, execution, and communication of the Anniversary Event celebrating 90 years of the Greek pharmaceutical industry on behalf of the PanHellenic Union of Pharmaceutical Industry (PEF). The event took place at the “Divani Caravel” Hotel on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.

The event was hosted and coordinated by journalist and publisher, Mr. Nikos Hatzinikolaou. The opening of the event featured a live intro-act, with a dancer who impressed the attendees.

Additionally, WAY produced two impressive videos: one showcasing the historical overview of the Greek pharmaceutical industry, and the other focusing on the future investment plans of the industry. The evening concluded with honorary awards presented to the founders of the Greek pharmaceutical industry.

The most significant celebration of the domestic pharmaceutical industry was attended by the Minister of Health, Mr. M. Chrisochoidis, representing the Prime Minister; the Minister of Environment and Energy, Mr. Th. Skilakakis; the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Mr. Ch. Staikouras; the Minister of Labour, Mr. A. Georgiadis; the Minister of Development, Mr. Skrekas; and the Minister of Education, Mr. K. Pierrakakis. Also present were the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, Mr. N. Papathanasis; the Deputy Minister to the Prime Minister, Mr. G. Bratakos; Deputy Ministers of Health, Mr. D. Vartzopoulos and Mr. M. Themistokleous; the Deputy Minister of Education, Mrs. D. Michaïlidou; the Deputy Minister of Migration and Asylum, Mrs. S. Voultepsi; as well as representatives from SYRIZA, Mr. Ch. Mamoulakis, and PASOK, Mr. M. Katrinis.

The anniversary event was also attended by numerous representatives from the political, business, academic, and journalistic sectors.
